Keropok Lekor / Keping is a popular snack among malaysians. It can be taken during lunch, dinner or just whenever one likes it. Keropok is made of fish meat, ground to a paste, and mixed with sago. Keropok comes with two main forms, long chewy ones are called 'lekor', while the thin, crispy ones are called 'keping'. Keropok is best eaten hot with its special chili dip. It is easily found at any malay roadside stalls at only rm0.10 each.
