 Sarawak Laksa
The popular Sarawak Laksa is version of Curry noodles without
cockles and fried beancurd.Instead it comes with shredded chicken,
prawns and beansprouts in a light coconut soup. For many locals, it
constitutes the great Borneo breakfast. The subject of much
discussion, you will find laksa in most coffee shops every morning.
Almost everyone you meet has his or her own favourite laksa
stall.
