Nasi dagang
nasi dagang is a unique east coast specialty. Its main ingredient
is glutinous rice, white or pinkish, cooked in coconut
milk.
normally, nasi dagang served with tuna fish or
chicken curry, cucumber and a delicious gravy. Some people like to
take nasi dagang just with pickle and coconut sambal.
you can find nasi dagang in the east coast (Terengganu, Kelantan and Pahang ), at malay food
stalls or restaurants.
you can get it as cheap as rm 2.00 per plate. Some are
packed in banana leaves in a triangle shape, which can be
costs.
nasi dagang is most popular served as breakfast.
