Pansoh Manuk
"Pansoh Manuk" ( bamboo chicken) is a very popular dishes in
Sarawak.
The Pansoh Manuk or village chicken cooked with rice
wine ( if desire ) in bamboo is a delectable iban delicacy. this
technique is also used to cook freshwater fish. The bamboo imparts
a distinctive, delicate flavour to the food.
