 Miri Indoor
Stadium
Miri Indoor Stadium is the first indoor stadium in Miri. The
features and design is modern and unique. It has a sitting capacity
of 4,000 and provides the perfect venue for sports like basketball,
badminton and table tennis competitions. Other than sporting
activities, the Miri Indoor Stadium is also suitable for concerts
and exhibitions. |

 Miri Resident
Office
Built in the 1950's the Miri Resident Office was the government
administration centre with all the government departments setting
up their offices there. With the development of Miri, all the
federal government departments subsequently moved out from the
resident office into their own buildings. The district office and
divisional development department are also in the resident office
providing services to the public. |

 Sea Horse
Sculpture
You can see a number of Sea Horse Sculptures at Miri runabouts. It
is a symbol/mascot of Miri. |

Taman Awan Miri
Taman Awam Miri is located about 3 km from the town centre along
the Airport Road. There are flora gardens, souvenir centre,
canteen, observatory platform, children's playground, exhibitions
room, stone carving and sculptures, fountains, pavilions, jogging
track and other sporting facilities. |

 Taman Bunga
Taman Bunga is situated opposite the Miri post office. The garden
is planted with a variety of flowers with their names, characters,
and species on the display cards. You can learn More about flowers
and take some memorable photographs with the flora while visiting
this garden. |

 Taman Selera
Taman Selera is the oldest recreational park in Miri, situated at
brighton. It is located about 3 km from town cenre. Besides the
golden san beach, children's playground and outdoor facilities,
there is an open-air-food and drink center which is a popular
eating place for the public. One can enjoy the beautiful sunset and
listen to the sound of sea breeze and splashing waves. |
