 Bulatan Park
Situated at the Miri-pujut road, Bulatan Park is popular among the
locals for evening strolls, jogging, boat pedaling and relaxing.
The park has a clock tower, fish fountain, man-made lake, children
playground and other landscaping which add colours to the
park. |

  Crocodile Farm
Located near the kuala baram ferry terminal, it is the first and
the largest Crocodile Farm in the northern region of Sarawak. Come
face to face with More than 1,000 salt and fresh water crocodiles
in a 22 acres landscaped setting with natural breeding enclosures
and man-made sanctuary ponds. Don't miss the feeding times on every
saturday and sunday at 10.30 a.m. And 11.30 a.m.; and at 2.30 p.m.

 Loagan Bunut
The incredible shrinking lake is the centrepiece of this park.
Loagan Bunut is Sarawak's largest natural lake, covering 650
hectares. But in dry months, usually february and may or june, the
lakeshrinks to nothing and you can walk on great expanses of dry
mud flats. Over the centuries, the berawans have developed their
traditional "semlambau" method of fishing in which they literally
scoop up the migrating fish as the water level changes. No matter
what the water level is, the lake and its surroundings provide
fascinating scenery and are vibrant with forest life. The park is
an ideal spot for bird watchers. The lake and surrounding peat
forests abound with large birds such as darters, egrets, herons,
bitterns, hornbills, and kites as well as a host of smaller
birds. |

  Lutong Petroleum Refinery
Plant
Lutong Petroleum Refinery was built by Sarawak Shell Berhad and
started production in 1917. This is the first petroleum refinery in
Malaysia. |

Miri City Fan
Miri City Fan was built as part of the master plan for Miri to
become a healthy resort city by the year 2005. A unique fan-shaped
park, it is a world class urban civic park with the setting for
sport, educational and cultural activities. It includes a
promenade. Parkland, an amphitheater, musical fountain, a library
and cultural center, and various ethnic gardens. It provides superb
social and recreation facilities for the public. |

 Miri Court Complex
The Miri Court Complex is situated at jalan sylvia and cost rm13
millions. The new building is spacious and housed 4 magistrate
courts, 2 sessions courts and 2 high courts. It also contains a
library, file rooms, registration office, canteen, lock-up cells,
police offices, witnesses room and others facilities. |
