 Carey Island
Located just off the mainland,Carey Island in the kuala langat
districtis well known for its orang aslior aborigines community
called the mah meri.this tribe is concentrated at sungai bumbun
andis famed for its wood carvings.the mah meri craftsmen find
subjects for their artisticexpression through the ancestral spirits
they worship.apart from producing sculptures, the mah meri also
performtheir unique traditional dances and music during special
occasions.
