Tepak Sireh is the Malay, Peranakan and Indian communities in Malaysia and is use betel sets for social communication. Betel sets are associated with betel chewing (sireh). This custom is a Malay custom which originated from India 2,000 years ago. The sirih bowl is used to determine the easiness of the pregnancy.
